Eric Webster (Founder/President, Account Executive)
Eric is the founder and President of Theme Promotional Products Inc. (established in 2010) in Canada and Theme Promotional Products LLC (established in 2016) in the USA.
Eric has worn many hats in the Promotional Products Industry. He has been a Warehouse Associate, a Sales Executive, a Program Manager, an Operations Manager, and finally a Partner with one Canada’s largest ad specialties companies. While the company Eric was a partner in was wonderful and full of amazing people it was physically located too far from his young active family in Uxbridge, On.
In 2010 he started Theme Promotional Products Inc. to create the proper work/life balance. Theme continues to provide that balance for Eric today while also delivering marketing solutions to its corporate clients that make Theme the valued partner it is today.
Donna Sherrard (Account Executive)
Donna has over 15 years of experience in the promotional products industry and has chosen to make her life and career in Uxbridge. Theme and our local community are the benefactors of her decision. Donna’s extensive experience in customer service make her the perfect Account Executive. Her solid communication skills and ability to nurture strong, trusting, and lasting relationships make her a tremendous asset and joy to work with. Donna started with Theme as an Account Coordinator and managed all aspects of daily workflow. She has expanded her role from there.

My knowledge and years of experience in the promotional product industry enables me to strive and meet the client’s needs, timelines and ensure smooth progress throughout all stages of each project.”
Kelly Linn (Account Executive/US Manager)
Kelly is our key manager and physical presence in California. She has been instrumental in enabling Theme to bring the high level of service and promotional product marketing solutions we have been famous for in Canada to the US market place.
Kelly’s willingness and desire to help people find creative solutions to any challenges in front of them make her a vital part of our team. In addition to her many years of experience in the educational system Kelly brings tireless energy and an incredible desire to help people succeed.
Layla (Mascot, Greeter, Positive Energy Coordinator)
Layla is a Labrador/Chesapeake Bay Retriever cross that has become a fixture at Theme. She is the Webster family dog at night but during the workday she transforms herself into the Theme greeter and support dog. She is always willing to lend her time and energy to anyone who needs a break or would like to share a snack while refocussing for the next project. Layla is part of the work life balance that makes Theme such a wonderful place to be and to work with.

Theme maintains an office complete with showroom in historic downtown Uxbridge.
